Overview
The holiday season sparks a series of emotions, traditions, and events. In this setting, one may often adjust their advertising message to suit the holiday season. In fact, greeting cards, holiday cards, picture postcards, etc. are all used to communicate various messages during this time of year. One particular type of advertising medium, the Christmas banner, can be used over and over again to spread holiday cheer and/or an intended advertising message.
Banner Advantage
As previously discussed, the holiday season prompts many to communicate various messages, personal and business alike, in a holiday context. We can often identify with large corporations using the holiday season as a means to promote their goods and/or services by integrating many of the holiday fixtures and/or images that we readily associate with Christmas and the New Year. Many businesses send out Christmas cards, gifts, calendars, catalogues, etc. to highlight this time of year.
The distinct advantage to using a Christmas or holiday banner is the visibility commanded by such signage. For instance, a company may use holiday banners promoting their logo and/or message in a Christmas themed banner campaign or may use these banners as a part of corporate sponsorship for Christmas charities. The banner also has a highly distinct advantage because it can be reused. Instead of having to reprint, mail, and/or ship a Christmas banner can simply be unrolled and placed in a highly visible location. The results are not only highly visible and commanding, but affordable as well.
Marketing Tip
